2. How much is the delivery cost?

The flat shipping rate for orders under £100 is £4.78. We offer free shipping for  orders over £100.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

We deliver via DPD Service and it will take around 5-7 working days to arrive.
Once your product has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and shortly after you will be able to track your order on your carrier's website.

4. What if I need to change my delivery address?

If you need to amend the delivery address after the order has been placed, please contact customer services at within 1 hour. After this point we cannot guarantee that the delivery address will be able to be changed as we cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched.

Returns Information

1. Our returns policy

If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you get 14 calendar days to cancel your order because you have changed your mind. This two-week cancellation period starts from the day you receive all the items in your order. If you receive faulty goods, you may also have the right to return these goods and to ask us to replace them or get a refund.

 2. Faulty goods

Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.

 3. Cancelling a contract under the consumer contracts regulations

If you’re a customer in the EEA, you get 14 days to cancel your contract with us. This two-week period starts from the day after you receive your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order). You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation: just fill out the Return Form  before sending the parcel. All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

 4. How to return an item & how much does it cost?

We will offer you free return if you cancel the order due to finding a fault or if you want to exchange your item(s) 

If you return the item(s) for any other reason, the returning fee will be paid by the buyer. The cost depends on the delivery service selected by the customer.
a) Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging, or in a secure and waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
b) Return your package, remembering to get proof of postage. Please don’t post your package through the post box without getting proof of postage. Keep it safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return. You need to get it back to us within 14 days from the date on your delivery note.

5. How long does it take to process my return?

It can take up to 14 days from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.
On receiving your return, the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund your credit/debit card. The funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 working days (how long depends on your card issuer). If you paid for your order with a gift voucher or store credit, this will be credited back to your account.
We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, an let you know when we have processed your refund. If your return has not been credited within 14 days of sending your parcel to us, please let us know and we will then process an investigation on your behalf and get back to you within 7 working days. 

6. Can I have an exchange instead of a refund?

If you choose to receive an exchange for the item(s) the return will be free.
